Located in the heart of the city, getting around was a breeze. Just a quick walk and I could easily reach major attractions such as the Australian Open and the CBD. It was also close to public transport for heading to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable with good block out curtains for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were quick to rectify any issues like the unmade bed.
The furniture in the room was a bit outdated and could use a refresh.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as we were right in the heart of everything. We didn't have to go far to find great restaurants and cafes. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including free toiletries and a flat-screen TV. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had.
Although the staff seemed busy, they were accommodating and fulfilled our requests promptly. One of the highlights of our stay was the leisure facilities.
