Located in the heart of the city, getting around was a breeze. Just a quick walk and I could easily reach major attractions such as the Australian Open and the CBD. It was also close to public transport for heading to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable with good block out curtains for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were quick to rectify any issues like the unmade bed.

The furniture in the room was a bit outdated and could use a refresh.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as we were right in the heart of everything. We didn't have to go far to find great restaurants and cafes. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including free toiletries and a flat-screen TV. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had.

Although the staff seemed busy, they were accommodating and fulfilled our requests promptly. One of the highlights of our stay was the leisure facilities.

I chose this hotel for attending a vendor expo, and I found the dry cleaning/laundry services, gym, and 24-hour business center very convenient. The limo/town car service and computer station were also useful for my business needs.

Dodging the steamy showers at the baths was like playing a game of "don't slip and break your neck. " So much fun!
